These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 999bk ("999bk", "we", "us", "our") and you, the individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses or uses any service, product, feature, content, or functionality offered by 999bk, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, account management, and all associated tools accessible via the 999bk website and any related platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing your 999bk account, or otherwise using any part of the 999bk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any additional policies, rules, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 999bk platform worldwide, including users accessing the platform from Pakistan, including from cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Hyderabad, and all other locations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3.1 Age Eligibility

Use of any 999bk service is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies universally to all Users regardless of location or the laws of their resident jurisdiction. 999bk reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances will be returned to the deposit payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 999bk Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals without recourse.

3.3 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or entity)
• You must not be accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• You must not be a current or former employee of 999bk or its affiliates
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order covering 999bk

3.4 KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. 999bk may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon first withdrawal request, upon account activity review, or at any time 999bk deems appropriate. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (both sides) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999bk Account credentials including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility, irrespective of whether those activities were conducted by you personally.

You agree to notify 999bk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 999bk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification being received and acted upon.

999bk reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or risk management considerations. Where possible, 999bk will notify the affected User, however regulatory obligations may prevent disclosure in certain circumstances.

All deposits to your 999bk Account must be made through the approved payment methods listed in the 999bk Cashier section. Currently accepted deposit methods for Pakistani users include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 999bk is PKR 100 per transaction via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. 999bk does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 999bk's control.

5.2 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that you legally own and are entitled to use for online gaming purposes. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, using borrowed funds, or using funds derived from any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Declined Deposits

999bk reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including for risk management, compliance, or payment integrity reasons. In the event a deposit is declined, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section 6. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours, with typical processing times of approximately 4 business hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

6.1 KYC Prerequisite

Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed. Where KYC documents are under review, withdrawal processing will be held pending verification outcome. 999bk targets a KYC review turnaround of one business day for standard documentation.

6.2 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used to make deposits on the account, unless an alternative method is approved by 999bk following a written request supported by appropriate documentation. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering control measure and is non-negotiable without explicit 999bk approval.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed and approved
• No open responsible gaming restrictions on the account
• Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Account must not be under investigation or review
• Minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in the Cashier

999bk reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks prior to authorising any withdrawal. Where such checks are initiated, the User will be notified and a reasonable timeframe provided for resolution.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money balance and are used first in eligible games
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless specified
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met
• 999bk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it is claimed
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires total eligible bets of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal of any winnings derived from that bonus is permitted.

All games available on the 999bk platform are subject to individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account and financial matters, while individual game rules govern gameplay mechanics and outcomes.

All slot games, RNG table games, and instant games available on the 999bk platform are certified by independent third-party auditors for fairness and compliance with declared Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, or wheels operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments.

999bk accepts no responsibility for User losses arising from misunderstanding game rules. Stakes placed in error cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced. In the event of a game malfunction, 999bk will void the affected round and refund the stake amount to the User's account balance.

Winnings from sports betting are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market and sport, including rules around abandoned events, postponed fixtures, PSL schedule changes, result disputes, and live bet settlement. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999bk platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. 999bk reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of any prohibited conduct, including account suspension, asset forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one 999bk account
• Fraud: Using stolen identities, payment methods, or documents in connection with a 999bk account
• Money Laundering: Using the 999bk platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of crime
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automation tools, or software to gain unfair advantage
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions in breach of bonus terms
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards 999bk staff or other Users
• Underage Access: Attempting to access 999bk services as a person under 21
• Platform Abuse: Attempting to disrupt, hack, or compromise the integrity of the 999bk platform

All content, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, software, game content, visual design, written materials, and technology present on the 999bk platform are the exclusive property of 999bk or its duly licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 999bk name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 999bk.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999bk platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership rights or right to sub-license any 999bk content or technology.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any 999bk intellectual property without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

999bk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 999bk Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account creation and management, KYC verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming administration, and the provision of customer support. 999bk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

999bk does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, telecommunications failures, and events outside 999bk's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability for which 999bk shall not be liable.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the associated 999bk Account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting 999bk support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the verified payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

999bk reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and close or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation to do so
• Confirmed fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age
• Account registered in a jurisdiction where 999bk services are prohibited

Where termination results from breach of these Terms, 999bk reserves the right to forfeit any and all balances in the account, including Real Money balance and Bonus Funds, and to withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation outcome.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which 999bk operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the first instance, Users are encouraged to resolve disputes by contacting 999bk customer support at [email protected]. 999bk will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules of the applicable regulatory body or a mutually agreed independent arbitration institution.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation to the extent such legislation applies to your use of the 999bk platform.

999bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the 999bk platform for a period of no less than 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate immediate implementation.

Your continued use of any 999bk service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using all 999bk services and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend that you review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
